T-Ded 99 is an incall gogo bar on Sutthisan Winitchai Rd, Sam Sen Nai, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400. The frontage is a low-rise shophouse with green metal cladding and a row of window air-conditioners above the ground-floor sign. After dark the upper floor is a black facade with purple light in the windows and a green neon strip along the awning. Inside, seating runs along one wall under a continuous magenta LED strip. Sutthisan Station's elevated skywalk, marked with green Sutthisan Station signs, crosses the same road.
