The first time I was lucky with a girl and left very satisfied. Unfortunately, the second visit was disappointing. The girl did not greet me or introduce herself, answered her phone during the massage, and clearly showed no interest in the client. Girls can only be selected via tablet, without seeing them in person, and everyone knows that photos often differ from reality. When visiting a place like this, you expect a high level of service and professionalism. This experience did not meet those expectations. Overall, the quality seems to depend heavily on the individual woman Update 1.03 I went to this salon several more times and everything was always great. These guys are great at what they do. As soon as I entered, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The hostess was polite, spoke very good English, and explained everything clearly. The place is clean, modern, and well maintained. I chose Miko and what stood out even more than her beauty was how kind, respectful, funny, and easy to communicate with. she is super friendly and professional. She made the experience comfortable and positive. I came back two more times just for Miko, and if I had more time in Chiang Mai, I would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

We were here today with my husband 1.My husband asked before 26.01. per whatsapp about the prices. I asked today 31.01 about the prices. They send us both the same prices in whatsapp. We come today 31.01. and the prices are much higher (2000 Baht). We asked why. The answer was there prices are old... Really? Old ? You send me these prices 5 hours ago. They say our receptionist doesn't know the new prices and sends the old prices. Very nice scam. This was the first red flag. Another thing we didnt like they were not friendly, not interested. They dont welcome women... And speak poor English we both hardly understood. So the atmosphere was not welcoming and comfortable. The girls dont smile and when we didnt buy the service. The even didnt led us back to the door. We saw their backs returning to us.We said thank you ,good buy and went to another massage. So we dont recommend it for couples and for women. Answer for the comment. 1.Your manager didnt say that the price changed because of a holiday she said "price in the list is old, we have an update". If you send the price list on 31.01. and dont say in advance that today is the holiday and prices may vary. Then I count on a standart price. You can make a remark in a price list that on holidays you have a special price. My husband asked the prices on the 26th of December,he also got the same prices as I got on the 31 of December. 2. We were alone in the lobby when we came. No other guest were to see. So we are reviewing the communication and atmosphere. And we say that it was not good for us. We say the facts: no smiles, no interest, no atmosphere, no welcome especially for women. It is our experience. This is the reason we didnt order the service and can't recommend for others. 3. I didn't say anything bad about the quality of massage. We didnt like the welcome part, so we didn't want to continue with massage. Communication,atmosphere and price are also part of a service. I am reiewing communication, atmosphere, prices. The negative rewiews also important to improve. I hope i gave you enough argumentation.

As soon as I walked in I was greted by the hostess who was super nice and spoke good English. The place is very clean and updated. I had Patti as my massage therapist, she was fantastic!!! My first Nuru Massage and I was a bit disappointed. The girl seemed very unenthusiastic, and the entire massage felt like a routine. She didn't really talk to me either, she didn't introduce her name and she never smiled but looked uninterested. There was absolutely no atmosphere or relation. I didn't feel welcome with the girl.

This was my first experience with a Nuru Massage and it exceeded all expectations. The room was very clean and the therapist was so nice and really seemed to enjoy her work which made it a more enjoyable experience for me. Her name was something like Dja. I enjoyed all of her attention in it’s various forms so much that I booked extra time and I ended up spending three hours there enjoying every minute. Also, her nipples should receive some kind of award. They are magnificent. Would highly recommend.
