I went there twice. The first time, I had Cha. The massage was excellent. The second time, Cha was fully booked, so I was assigned a different masseur. The experience was only average. I guess it really depends on choosing the right masseur.

After trying four different massage places in Bangkok during this trip, this one is easily the best. The prices are very reasonable, the place is clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. A special shoutout to my therapist, Alun, who provided one of the best massages I've ever had. He was very attentive, accommodating, and took the time to understand the areas where I was experiencing discomfort. Most importantly, he applied exactly the right amount of pressure and worked on the right pressure points, which made a huge difference. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be coming back on my next visit to Bangkok.

Prime has the best massage. The prices are reasonable. No special services! Very professional, clean, comfortable and great masseurs. Better than other legit places around Bangkok. They get very busy at times. Book early or the day before Fri-Sun. Weekdays are okay for walk in. My favorite go to place for massage. I had a guy name (Tu, Too, Two). For oil massage. He is the best masseur I’ve ever experienced. His techniques are by far the best I’ve experienced. It’s like he knows I had carpal tunnel symptoms and really worked on my hands and wrist. Tip generously if you think it was a great massage. This gentleman is also good for foot massage. Safe travels.

Very very busy massage parlour so best to go and make a booking and not expect to have a spot right away. They offer different combos , the foot/head and should 2 Hour was absolutely amazing. One of the best I’ve had. The place is clean and the therapists really know what they’re doing. The next day I had the 2 hour Thai massage and it was also equally great. Thb for 2 hour Thai and thb 750 for 2 hour combo foot/head and shoulder so quite good prices

I've always had good massages at The Prime Massage. Its not clear how many masseuses they have as their premises is segregated across three buildings. But every massage I had with them had been excellent. The masseuse use sufficient strength to loosen the knots, and are professional in the delivery of their services. Environment-wise, the premises are clean and conducive. If you're doing a full body massage, there are shower facilities to clean up before and after the session. There's always a nice scent in their premises. Price-wise, it is reasonable. I usually go for their 2hr package that comprises of one hour of foot massage and one hour of oil massage. You will get to choose one type of scented oil from six options at the counter. Its true that its difficult to reserve a session with them as they are very popular, especially during peak tourist seasons like Songkran and year end celebrations. I last visited them during off-season on a weekday and secured a slot immediately. This place differentiates itself from the average palours through its consistent good standards and clean environment, and the higher end ones through its reasonable price. They've hit a sweet spot!

I can understand the hype and strong reputation behind this place. The shop has a great location and a very smart business model. The reception staff are excellent at what they do and speak very good English, which really helps avoid any language barriers or confusion. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in. The masseuse was professional and skilled, and the room was cozy and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my massage experience. The pricing is also reasonable for the quality you receive. Definitely one of the go-to massage spots for me.

My 2nd visit and i still enjoyed the massage here. Overall is good, price is not bad, 850baht (not incl. tips) for 1.5hr aroma. They will have less people in the morning, but I would not even try visiting in afternoon or night time, definitely would be rather full.

This place is really busy, either you call and make an appointment ahead of time or walkin and take a scheduled appointment for later, definitely worth the wait.I haven't even began the massage and I am already impressed.......... And when it all started,.... Oh wow,.... 10000 points/ stars for great technique..... The crowd speaks volumes for itself....I don't need to reiterate the obvious.... Totally recommend even if you have to wait. Good things happens when you give it time and wait. The place smells great too....... Lemongrass. My therapist is Mr. Nuts.... So so good!!!

Some of the best Thai massages I've ever had have been at The Prime. High quality and affordable. 300 THB for a 1 hour Thai massage. I've been going here since 2018 and they've consistently kept a high quality of service. It's a clean place spread out across different buildings. They have great masseuses that give nice, consistent pressure; great after a day of walking or training. A couple of notes: - they are walk-in only and they book up very quickly for same day appointments. No Line or online booking methods. If you want to book an appointment ahead of time, you need to pay to confirm your appointment. They don't seem to answer the phone often - They take cash, credit card (3% surcharge) and Thai QR codes. No Alipay or WeChat pay. Just a note that you are expected to tip your masseuse (normally 100 baht) After your massage, you get a nice cup of tea and a hot towel. Amazing place. Highly recommended!
