The kid was awful. So manipulative and pretentious. People come here to relax and unwind, and it's nice to see friends having fun. They just let everything slide, including the tip, room fee, kid's fee, and food. They even extended the time twice. I called my own kid, but he wouldn't come into the room, leaving me waiting until the time ran out. When I finally got him, he said the time was up, even though there was still an hour left. It completely ruined the mood. When I complained, he said I was being rude. I came here to have fun, and he thinks he's treated like he's been tricked and taken advantage of? I'm extremely disappointed. And to top it all off, there was no apology or anything. He just ignored me. This is the first and last time I'll ever go here. 505
