I would not recommend. I have been on many hop on, hop off bus tours around the world, and this one was disappointing. The service was fine, but the heavily congested roads in Bangkok make this tour incredibly boring. You essentially just sit in traffic and see very little of the main sites.
This whole booking seems like a scam. We couldn't find the point ro redeem our tickets and there is no point of contact to this agency.
Sometimes the bus stops for very long periods along the way, even when there's no traffic. It's assumed the driver stops to chat, collect money, and issue tickets to new passengers boarding along the route. And I encountered a bus with no commentary at all, just music playing. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to hearing the commentary. The bus was in okay condition, not brand new, but clean. The tracking information worked correctly. The phone number in the brochure is useless if no one answers when you call.
I'd like to send a message to the company: On November 3rd, 2025, at 5:35 PM, the company's bus driver exhibited extremely rude behavior. Despite driving on the road like everyone else, he flashed his high beams and honked his horn from the Taksin Bridge all the way to the Surasak BTS station. I'm not sure if he thought he was driving an ambulance expecting all other vehicles to give way to his tour bus. The road doesn't belong to any one person, but what I witnessed clearly reflects that "road manners speak louder than the company nameplate on the bus itself."
I called the phone number ten times and no one answered.
The driver had terrible manners. He ran a red light at a crosswalk, almost hitting a pedestrian. I called to complain using the number posted on the car, but no one answered. Sometimes they answered and then hung up repeatedly. This is a very scary company.
Excellent service, on time and air conditioned. If you are a 1st time visitor to Bangkok, I would suggest to do a full lap, making notes on the places you want to return to see, then get off at the stops you want on the second time around.
I thought this was a good service. Despite the bad reviews, the vendor is up front about stops, pricing and time of busses due to traffic. Just plan accordingly. We liked the open air double decker bus. Perfect for using our insta360 camera. The audio portion through the supplied headphones was very informative and loved the relaxing music in between narrations. Bus was clean, cold air conditioning, and was track able through their website so you knew when the bus was arriving next when you hop off. We got off on two stops and stayed 30 minutes at each stop. Altogether the tour took us about 5 hours. All in all, the bus ride was worth the price charge by Elephant Go Go and would recommend it for a quick tour of the city.
It's a trap; Bangkok traffic will keep you stuck on the bus all day. A shame. Never again, not even for free.
Worst experience.bus does not stop everywhere. Very few buses to commute so wait time is high
