DreamBoy BangKoK sits on the narrow night strip of Patpong 2, just off Surawong — the side of the old red-light maze where rainbow flags and boy-bar neon take over from tourist markets. Look up and you catch the red cupid sign, Thai script glowing beside DREAM BOY, multicoloured LED bars climbing the façade while tables spill onto the alley under a canopy of warm bulbs. After dark the soi fills with mixed traffic: foreign visitors circling Silom’s gay circuit, Thai regulars drifting between doorways, staff in black tees guiding the flow past pickups and sidewalk stools. Blue neon washes a covered bar front of high seats and gold-patterned panels; further in, the street noise softens into close tables and low purple light where groups lean in over drinks. This is an incall house on the strip itself — you come to the alley, not the other way around. Expect classic Patpong boy-bar energy rather than a polished lounge: open to the street, a little chaotic, and built for late-hour cruising in one of Bangkok’s oldest queer nightlife pockets.
