There is a laundry service that this spa provides. They lost one of my expensive tshirt and retired one of my trousers struck by quarter. When I called them they wouldn’t provide me a proper answer. English language issues with the laundry lady and upon questioning her multiple times she rudely hung up. I recommend not to use their laundry service.

Do not come here. The massage room looks very unprofessional and the staff are super rude especially the lady who was washing the clothes in the back. My wife also brought her clothes to wash here. They gave us a receipt of how much it was weighed. Today we came to pick it up and my wife was missing her half bra from Victoria secret. We came for a short travel 3 days and 2 nights so we only packed 2 set of clothes and under garments. We tried to tell them and they were denying it and that we did not bring it in. My wife insisted to weigh the clothes again to check if the weight was still the same. The number was sooooo off that theyre still denying it. We asked for the camera and they refused and was making it so complicated. At the end we did not get compensated and left. We do not recommend. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Rude staffs and unprofessional. Massages sucks and the workers are lazy. Not a good place for tourists. If you laundry with high brand clothes they will most likely steal your clothes. The lady in the back laundry is super rude and they don’t use machine to wash. Instead they use their feet to step and wash your clothes.
