eX Room Spa sits in the JP Building on Sukhumvit Soi 39 — a quieter Watthana stretch of condo towers and late kitchens, close to the Emporium corridor yet well clear of Nana’s neon crush. The soi draws a mixed expat and visitor crowd that prefers discretion over street-front spectacle. Inside, the room leans soft and private: cream walls framed in dark wood, a white massage bed with a black pillow and a green patterned bolster, warm sconces and a floor lamp instead of clinic glare. A wall-mounted TV and a couple of leafy shelves keep it feeling more boutique suite than parlour. An incall happy-ending massage spot built for unhurried evenings rather than a walk-in circus.
