Star Light Karaoke sits on Chayangkun Road in the heart of Mueang Ubon — Isan’s main drag, where the neon kicks in after dark and the crowd is more Thai-local and regional than tourist strip. The glass front glows pink against a dark brick wall; potted plants and black chairs flank the steps like a soft invitation before you step inside. Once through the door, the tone shifts: “The Regent / Starlight K Exclusive Club” is framed by a classical statue with arms lifted into a fan of light — glamour with a wink. Private rooms lean intimate rather than flashy: deep black leather sofas, diamond acoustic foam, herringbone wood underfoot, a framed figure on the wall, and low white tables waiting for remotes, glasses, and whatever the night becomes. This is incall KTV — closed doors, shared plates of Isan-style salads and peppercorn prawns, songs that stretch past midnight. Less Walking Street chaos, more provincial after-hours: the kind of room where the city outside the window softens and the mic, the food, and company do the rest.
