Omsala sits on Sithiwongse Road in Si Phum, a quieter fringe of Chiang Mai’s old-city district where scooters rest along the curb and the street stays residential after dark — nothing like Bangkok’s neon strips. The timber-and-glass facade opens onto a light-washed room: two massage tables in soft sheets, Thai wooden chairs, and plants catching afternoon sun through wide windows. The work here is intimate and deliberate — traditional Thai massage, Qi Nei Tsang belly work, Tao fire cupping, gua sha, herbal balls, and karsai among what is offered. Photos catch oiled hands pressing into skin and a single practitioner in a flower lei, soft smile or eyes closed, the calm that makes you slow down. Incall only; one person holding the space. Si Phum draws wellness-minded travellers and locals who prefer a quiet lane over a nightlife soi — the kind of tip a well-travelled friend passes along when you want bodywork with heat, not a tourist map.
