Use the agency category
The Companion Agency category narrows the venue directory to its recorded agency listings. A general venue ranking can include other business types, so it should not be presented as an agency-only list.
Read the roster as published information
A roster links individual profiles to a venue. It is not a shift schedule, and its size does not measure service quality. A profile may lack measurements or photos even when other roster members have them.
Understand the contact route
A practitioner attached to a venue may be reached through that venue’s contact. Where the app supports messaging, the conversation takes place in LanternPass and messages are stored there. The app does not arrange bookings or process payment for listed services.

- No. The contact route may be the venue. Check the profile and conversation target rather than assuming it is a personal account.
