The customer service attitude was terrible! At 22:03, I had already selected the therapist and the service. The customer service told me that the massage therapist would arrive in 30–40 minutes. I then said that if they couldn’t arrive by 22:45, I would cancel the order. The customer service immediately replied: “It’s canceled now…” I was speechless. If they couldn’t deliver, why promise a 30–40 minute arrival? If the customer service has such an attitude, I can’t imagine what the therapist’s attitude would be like.

So rude and impolite via whatsapp. Agressive answer assuming I thought the service was too expensive while I just said I need to ask my friend to lend me cash. The person was really impolite and blocked me whereas I said it was ok. Eventually I went to Alisa massage next to my hotel, it was PERFECT and I paid only 500 bhats (1200 same service for Relax Massage). Avoid, they really dont deserve your time.
