Overall a great experience. The reception staff is helpfull and replies fast to any of your questions. The whole place is very clean. Even the basic room is quite spacious I'd say. I like the atmosphere of the place. The service was great. I really enjoyed it. I think it's worth visiting. There was no rushing. The lady was very attentive and caring even despite my shortcomings. I really appreciate it.

Visited Hakumi for the first time during my Bangkok trip. I didn't reach out to them beforehand or make a booking, instead I just went straight to the shop directly. Being completely new to this, I had a few personal concerns and wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Thankfully, the manager was incredibly understanding. She personally guided me through the options, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of right on the spot.Even without an appointment, the entry was seamless. The staff speaks decent English, so there was zero awkwardness at the counter and no confusion at all. It was just a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from the moment I stepped inside.But the real highlight of the experience was Mako. She is incredibly sweet, warm, and absolutely beautiful ❤️. What I loved most was how easily she understood exactly what I needed, which made a huge difference since it was my very first time. She completely put me at ease, guided the session naturally, and made everything feel incredibly relaxed from start to finish. For me, she was hands down the best choice. Was in bkk over the weekend and decided to get a nuru massage to see what all the hype is about , did some research online to pick a place and decided on Hakumi Went through to website to pick an available girl and making my booking in advance via line to avoid disappointment Process was fast and straight forward and pricing was upfront with no hidden fees When I got there I took a moment to find the place , it was tucked away in a corner but the area was clean and pretty well lit Staff was warm and welcoming , after checking my reservation was offered a drink while I waited for the room and masseuse to get prepared , and it didn’t take more than 5 minutes When they said she was ready and ushered me past the curtain I was pleasantly surprised , i had booked Soda and her images do not do her justice , she looked so much better in real life with an alluring smile and curves in all the right places As for the massage , it lived up to the hype between the slipping and sliding and carresing along with the massage Soda was extremely skillful and playfull and really helped melt away my aches and stress ,not sure how she summons so much strength with her tiny frame After the massage and all it entails we moved on the the jacuzzi and just chilled and chatted like old friends while she massaged my arms and neck , kind of regretting not taking a longer package Overall i had a very satisfying and good experience and will definitely return here for her on future trips to Bangkok
